Gift certificates have no cash value, are not applicable towards certain promotional packages and do not expire. Gift certificates are only available for purchase and redemption via our call center reservation agents, not valid for online bookings. Traveler must mention gift certificate number at time of booking. The call center is open Monday through Friday 9 am - 9pm ET, Saturdays 10am - 6:30pm ET.
